A nameless Man in Gray takes a job he knows may kill him: deliver a mysterious silver suitcase for a shadowy organization, no questions asked. Handcuffed to the case, poisoned by his own addictions, and pursued by those who will murder anyone to get it, he spirals into a violent collision with strangers who never asked to be part of his unraveling.
